"We had the amazing Sunday Roast when we arrived. Excellent and plentiful and my veggie version was a great surprise. All the staff were friendly and very helpful. Central Kemptown location and the off-season rates made it excellent value for money. My solo room was bigger than expected with a very comfortable bed and nice linens. Strong shower and immediate hot water were wonderful. Only negative for me was the noise level of my 2nd floor room, which was right off the elevator. I heard everyone...

"Nice sea views, friendly staff and convenient to all amenities. Comfortable bed , tea and coffee facilities a definitely plus. On the minus side , no available water bottles from hotel and weren’t aware there was a music bar just below so a bit noisy. They do offer ear plugs and what was worse was the bad singing from the bar lol"

"We received emails prior to getting to the hotel which was great. We entered the property and had sweets Ona rival which was lovely, we entered the room no problem and once inside we were pleasantly surprised with the room and bathroom. Lovely guesthouse and would definitely recommend and will be visiting again when in town - 5 stars!"
