"The staff were extraordinary. Santa at the restaurant was very friendly and efficient. The front desk staff were all friendly and accommodating to our needs. The manager was friendly and approachable. Expedia said breakfast buffet but it was full serviced meal with unlimited options. Expedia needs to correct the information because it’s misleading when you don’t see the buffet. I will definitely stay there again if I come back to Rome. "
