"Excellent location on main street of Béziers. We arrived during the xmas market, best I have ever seen. Béziers Xmas market is a must see. Room was small but sufficient."

The service was the absolute best, so welcoming, friendly and helpful for dining and touring recommendations. There is a food market/hall nearby with lots of dining options at lunchtime. "

"The mattress was comfortable enough but not when it overhangs the divan base by a huge amount such that you could fall off. The staff refused to acknowledge our complaint, dismissing it as normal to put a large double mattress over smaller twin bases. They even implied we had created the problem by moving the bases together ourselves. Terrible customer service! Generally the decor was tired and the room too small despite the Privilege category. "

"Nice rooms. Small, but well designed. Nice and cozy swimming pool. Parking spot. A bit too expensive for what it offers. Not that close to the beach, but a lot of great facilities nearby."
