"Husband and I have stayed in this hotel maybe 6-7 times throughout the years. Beautiful, well maintained space and very kind workers! If we did have any complaints, one our own fault and another for corp. Our stay occurred weekend before Christmas and there were rowdy people loud, slamming doors in the hallways from about 7p-1:30a we could’ve called front desk but we didn’t… we went to sleep same time they quieted down @ 1:30a. 2nd complaint is, you DO now have to pay for parking! Why!? Nothing...

"The room was amazing. So big, with a lot of floor room to accommodate 2 large dogs. Our dogs are well behaved but it was nice to hav a big smile from the staff. "

"We enjoyed our stay at this property! We had ocean front which was amazing Property management was very attentive for items that were left in the room and their return. Would definitely suggest ocean view room, right on the main drag next to the boardwalk."

"Warm hospitality, and cozy rooms with unique charm. The fireplace and tub were our favorite amenities. "

"The diner on the property was very good for breakfast. Unfortunately, it closed at 5 so we didn't get to eat supper there. It is an older hotel but has been kept up with. The bed was comfortable and the room and bathroom were clean. It was a big room with a balcony. They accommodated a late checkout for us."

"This is a hidden gem in Santa Cruz. Our family of four and dog recently stayed here. It’s a two minute walk to a beautiful cove. The room we stayed in was very spacious. It’s family friendly even for your fur babies. There is a $50 dog fee that is not very transparent on Expedia’s website. Do yourself and favor and dine at Lago Di Como. It’s a five minute walk with incredible authentic Italian food. We cannot wait to come back! "

"Everything at the babbling brook inn was amazing my only complaint is that the door that leads to the rooms was very hard to open. It was very hard to get the key in and out of the key hole."

"West Cliff Inn is gorgeous. The Inn itself is a historic building that is filled with old world charm. The view is across from the water/wharf and is breath-taking. The staff was warm, friendly, and extremely helpful. Wine and cheese in the afternoon and a delicious breakfast in the AM were scrumptious. We will definitely be returning. 5 plus stars!!"
