"Not much English spoken (Google translate to the rescue) nor on the menus, first night we went to the dining area but were escorted to the snack bar for some strange reason, WATCH OUT for the stealth “bathing/ hot springs” tax of ¥600 at check-out, even though we didn’t even use the pool or any other facilities (not a word of it when we checked in- hadn’t we been pressed for time to return the car back at Haneda I’d have refused to pay and told them to call the cops but hey…), not even a sachet...

They have paid coin washing and drying machines onsite. As a solo traveler, unable to use their Tuk tuk services to Enoshima though (min 4 people group required) which was a bummer. Otherwise, pretty good stay!"
