I asked for a quiet room, and was assigned to one facing the railway. No possible to open the window because of the noise. When I reported it to another staff, he tried to help me and gave a pair of earplugs.

If your luggage is very heavy -
If you have large luggage, access wise this is the hotel you should chose in Ofuna town.Take the lift ( elevator) from platform, when you get to exit level, take the closest exit gate which is North gate also called Kasamaguchi gate. There is a lift when you walk towards right side. Take that lift and go down to the street level. Across the tragic light. After a few minutes walk, you arrive in Fresa In Kasamaguchi.
