"Beautiful Victorian, our room was was exactly like the photos on line, comfortable bed. Sadly the property is for sale and there is some deferred maintenance such as burned out light bulbs, vent switch not working. The breakfast was delicious and the staff was wonderful. We would stay there again. Wonderful things to see in Weatherford. "

The kitchen is well stocked with anything you could need and the entire home was very clean. We enjoyed the pool, spa, grilling, s’mores by the outdoor fireplace, ping pong and pool. "Great getaway and beautiful river venue - good consideration for large gatherings close to DFW; Friendly and knowledgeable staff; however, we stayed on a Tuesday night and staff left at 5 so no access to recreation cabin, ice, lodge until next morning. Close enough to Mineral Wells to get dinner and drinks at the few places that were open on a Tuesday evening. Fishing dock was pleasant and strolling the grounds a unique experience. Bed just okay. Room and BR extremely clean and quiet. No need...
