"In general I was satisfied with the service at the reception desk and my room: there was no bed bugs, no smell of smoke or cleaning chemicals, I wanted bath tub with hot water -that’s all I needed. Cannot give 5 stars cause the room needs to be repaired (lots of small scratches, patches, holes, cracks around, needs fresh painting) and I had someone’s old dirty towel hanging on the door when I checked in.
