"Had a most enjoyable stay at The Old Cottage with wonderful hosts Karen and Darren. Really comfy double bed & great shower. Had the benefit of a gorgeous roaring fire in spacious lounge area at night with lots of DVDs and a library of books about stuff to explore in the local area. Darren and Karen were such lovely people, warm , friendly and gave helpful tips about the locality. Breakfast was fabulous, tasty and varied. "Very secluded, a number of miles down a single track road with passing places. The hotel itself is the key property down the road with no shops. The property has its own harbour with boats and fishing equipment. There are electrical car charging points if you need them. Very dog friendly with free treats.
