"Front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The property is in the heart of Stratford which makes for easy walks to dining, shopping and entertainment venues. Parking is safe and onsite. The hotel is over 100 years old so we weren’t expecting modern amenities found in newer properties. That said our room was clean and functional but it is in need of a refresh; rusty shower head that doesn’t allow for adjustment a heater that likely wouldn’t work well on a really cold night. "The property is equidistant from the Festival and Avon theatres - less than 10 min walk in each direction. The hosts were quite accommodating of food allergies or aversions for breakfast. I will likely be going back. "

"This bed and breakfast has a great location to downtown shopping and dining. It is also possible to walk to all of Stratford Festival theaters. It is run by a family and they are very gracious and attentive. We did not do the breakfast option they offered, since there are many restaurants within walking distance. They do offer coffee and tea at no cost, which was nice. "

"This B&B is a historic and interesting building that has been kept up well. Asian inspired decor gives it a unique flavor, and William has made sure it has everything you need. Our room, the "New York" was spacious and comfortable. Breakfast was outstanding, as William is an excellent cook. Overall a very pleasant stay. The walk to town was about 15-20 minutes, butless than 10 minutes to the Festival Theater. "
