One was when i went to take a shower there was no soap and the body wash was empty. I did go to front desk after and they gave me a bottle. The other thing was the disorganization of the breakfast. "The hotel itself was very nice. A lot to do in and out the hotel. Room had a good view. I won’t nitpick only gonna mention the relevant dislikes. No room service/housekeeping. Check in process was strange and invasive. We found roaches in the bathroom and crawling on the wall by our bed. I have multiple pictures. Utensils and cooking ware came with a little bit of a smell as well."

"I was pleasantly surprised by how much space was in the condo. The bathrooms were plentiful and spacious. Offered plenty of linens. Location was great with the proximity to the center of everything. The kids lived the arcade and racing. I thought it would not be a good stay reading the reviews, but it was perfect for us. "

"The CozySuites condo was big, clean and comfortable! I don't like a lot of clutter and it was spare but had everything necessary. The communication with the CozySuites team was excellent - they were so responsive and answered all my questions. The one issue had to do with the water pressure in one of the bathrooms (we had 3 with full showers for a 2 BR Condo!).
