"When arrived no one at reception (we arrived at around 4.30) had to hunt for someone. Room on first inspection was nice but dust in places, window would shut properly (hubby had to use curtain tie back to stop it opening). Bathroom had a seweage smell to it so had to keep door shut. No plug in the sink and shower didnt have much pressure and wouldnt stay in position. Only got 2 sets of towels for 3 people as was in family room. Room 401 was outside which made it a lot easier with my bags too & from the van but was a little petite in comparison and just didnt have the beautiful Tudor decor that the room upstairs had. Definitely recommend but want an upstairs room again next time 😉"
