"We had a fantastic stay at Elounda Palm. The room was very nice with a big bed and plenty of room and good shower facilities. The swimming pool and bar area’s were very nice and relaxing. The buffet breakfast was of good quality with wide variety. The hotel as a whole was very nice and clean and the staff were very helpful and nice. Elounda village was a 15 min downhill walk away and was great for restaurants and bars and some charming shops. We would get an 8euro cab back to the hotel. Would...

"We had a wonderful, relaxing holiday at Koutouloufari Village Holiday Club. The apartment was fantastic, the pool area was lovely and quiet and the location was amazing - there are so many great restaurants all within walking distance. Staff were attentive, friendly and couldn’t do more for you, the whole place completely exceeded our expectations. The breakfast was great, I’d recommend including this on booking as it’s expensive to pay daily. Can’t wait to come back, thank you!"

"The staff is really nice with a nice communication and service 10/10. But the room in the basement is just horrible. If you avoid rooms 888 and 889 your room should be nice. But 888 was really bad… lots of mosquitoes and humidity. We will never go back there and we don’t recommend. "

"Facilities were decent and our stay was mostly comfortable. Nicely situated close to many beaches and restaurants. Staff were very accommodating and always ready to help. Many families choose this place for a reason as it's kid-friendly and has a variety of things for all ages to do from mini golf to football, ping pong, basketball and a few pools for all abilities. Only down side for us was the air con not working properly in one of the bedrooms making it uncomfortable to sleep in."
