"I don't even know where to begin.. This city (Fortaleza) charges you $50.00 for any hotel practically and has some of the most unsanitary establishment and rooms I've come across. Black mold and filth in our bedroom and bedroom mirror, dirty appearance overall for the room, unkept hallway with filth built up, and as for the lobby, a HUGE amount of black mold all over the mirrors on the second floor (which is visible when walking into the entrance). "I really enjoyed staying here. The rooms are clean, comfortable and quiet. It is very close to the Beira Mar and beaches. The staff were wonderful, helpful, and resolved any problems immediately. It's not a five star hotel but it's an excellent value."

"This hotel is right at the shore at Praia do Futuro in Fortaleza. It is away from the main strip called BeiraMar, which makes it quieter. The hotel is older and the area is runned down. Basic, but works as a bargain place to stay."

"After the initial nine hours, when I realized that there was no security for my passport, credit cards, cash and computer, I left the hotel and never returned. Therefore, this visit (which I added and paid for before arriving in Fortaleza) actually never happened. The first visit was for the dates of January 4-7, 2020, which barely happened, and this one was for the dates of January 7-9, 2020, when I had no reason to return there, as the service was beyond unacceptable."

"O hotel é muito limpo, o staff é educado e atencioso. Café da manhã farto e com opções doces e salgadas. Preço da diária muito bom pra localização super central e próxima a praia de Meireles. Único problema do hotel é que o acesso pra idosos com dificuldade de locomoção e cadeirantes é muito ruim, pelo que notei o hotel só possui escadas. "
