"Great location, just a short walk to the beaches! The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options, and the hotel grounds are beautifully maintained. The service staff were attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Unfortunately, I did experience some bug bites during the night, which affected my sleep due to the itchiness. However, the management was very responsive and promptly changed all the bedding as soon as I reported the issue."

"First off I will start with the hotel’s team. We stayed for 2 nights and then off to train to Porto. Our Uber scheduled to pick us up at 6:00 am cancelled as showing arriving. The overnight desk attendant was great trying to help us figure what to do. He called his manager who came and brought us to not one but 2 train stations as the first train was cancelled we made the connection at tunes in record time. He completely went above and beyond and we were truly grateful. The accommodations were...

"Beautiful complex, well kept grounds, villa dated in some areas such as the kitchen. Needed to call out maintenance several times as electrics tripped, pool step broken, pool lights broken. Staff in the restaurant were lovely, very helpful, polite and accommodating. "
