"Fabulous town house with 3 floors. Bedrooms on the lower floor & 2 bathrooms. Up the stairs to a lovely open plan kitchen/diner which was really well equipped. The upper floor was a lovely roof terrace with stunning views out to the beach. We had 3 kids with us, 12, 10 & 8. 2 flights of stairs in the place so might be a bit much for small kids or people with mobility issues. Excellent location, only 3 min walk to the square. We had a fabulous time here. Elite rentals were excellent to deal with"

"This 2 story villa was better than online photos. Issues in past reviews have been fixed so we found no faults. There is a beautiful beach with caves and 2 restaurants nearby. You can drive there if you are not up to the rocky hike down to the beach. The property is well maintained and the furnishings are comfortable. The outside deck is a plus as is the view from the upper level windows. Google directions in the check in instructions will take you to the neighborhood but you will need to refer...

"Nice villa with easy access to everything. Short drive to Carvoeiro if you need a little more pace. A few fantastic beaches are within range. We visited in Oct. and there were a lot of flies in and around the home but the home and pool were in great shape. The host is accessible and responds quickly. A very pleasant stay."

"We stayed here with 3 other families, with ages 1-7 years. The communication was brilliant, we paid extra for the swimming pool to be heated and the kids spent so much time in the pool! Some of the rooms are.a bi"

"The parking and unloading of suitcases was an issue. We had to park in town and walk everything in. We knew parking would be hard but did not expect it to be so challenging to unload suitcases."

"Sonja and Estrela were terrific hosts. The home is large and immaculate and the pool was AMAZING. It worked very well for our family, and we had a great time there. We felt safe, secure, and well cared for. We would certainly recommend it to others. A few minor items to note for those who may not be familiar with the area: 1. Like most homes in the Algarve, it does not have air conditioning. It often cools down at night, but even with a fan (which the home provides), it can be warm on hot...

"Location was great. Rooftop deck with water view amazing. Parking was a 3 block location away from home , but easy to manage. Lots of space and great kitchen, which we cooked in twice. I would recommend upgrading bedroom pillows and add beach towels. We would stay here again for sure!"

The accommodations is in very convenient locations, walking distance from Beach and restaurants. Very modern and well equipped, with off-road parking and everything you could possibly need. "Immaculately clean and well-equipped apartment, the perfect size for 2-4 people. Beach was a few steps away and lots of restaurants and small supermarket were within easy walking distance. We had a car to visit nearby towns, but free parking was readily available in the middle of Salema. My only recommendation would be for a table fan in the bedroom to keep the room cooler at night. "

"Pedro and Marta were wonderfully helpful throughout our stay. Enjoyed being out of the Center of Lagos, but still an easy and beautiful walk along the boardwalk (wood path) into town. Highly recommended. Quaint and vintage vibe✌️"

"Brand new hotel, excellent facilities. Beautiful views from rooms and rooftop. Also excellent breakfast every morning. Only thing I didn’t like was the restaurant did not offer menu service, only buffet but if you were part of a group in the evening and there are limited options nearby for dinner without driving or walking half hour either direction. Found a local restaurant close by that was ok, and two cafes for coffee and sandwiches but not dinner. "

"Really loved this hotel. Not nearly enough time here. Good check in and checkout experience - friendly and professional staff. Great dinner and breakfast. Fantastic manager last night at the dinner buffet. We had a great conversation about Sevilla, Marrakech and about how amazing Portuguese food is. Sorry not to be able to say goodbye as we left early but we'll be back. Amazing service at dinner and breakfast in the buffet area from the young, new Brazilian waiter. So friendly, so efficient and so quick! Delighted with this hotel resort and we loved the room too. Can't wait to return."

"We loved it at Montesanto, the staff is extremely friendly and helpful, we were there to celebrate my husband 50th birthday and they surprised him with a bottle of wine and cake. The facilities are very accessible for someone with difficulty with mobility for example, lift to the restaurant and pool and walkable paths around the property. We are definitely coming back!"
