"A group was having late party on our floor even there was a quiet hour rule. There was a number to call but we did not know. Room doesn’t have dryer so I used the one in the shared bathroom. "I liked the thermal pools at this property. Carpet needs a deep cleaning or removed entirely. Lots of cobb webs in thr thermal pool area. Lights were a nice touch in the thermal pool but needed maintenance as quite a fee weren't working. Staff was amazing and the breakfast was more than expected. Overall a nice stay"
