"My major complaint is on Monday (11/4/2024)morning, a housekeeper was standing by the elavator (around 7:20 am) with a cart of towels and sheets. My husband and I greeted her, she didn' even knowledge us. It was as we did not exist. The rest of the employees were friendly."

"I have stayed at this Quality Inn several times in the past year and usually stay 2 to 3 nights. I consider it clean, affordable and a convenient location. It is not a luxury stay but I'm looking for clean and easy. The bed is firm and the shower is hot. Some of the rooms could use an update, the bathrooms are very tight. The breakfast is okay but there are plenty of places to eat within 5 minutes. St. Louis is less than 15 minutes and you can access downtown north or south sides of the city....

"We picked a last minute hotel while traveling back from my father’s funeral. The front staff treated us so kind, so respectful, once they knew of why we were traveling. The room was perfect for our needs and clean. The manager noticed I was limping and when I told him I just had gotten a new knee, he put us on the main floor close To everything. Very nice people.
