"This is a cute little duplex in a quiet residential neighborhood, and a short drive to downtown shops/restaurants. The house was clean; the kitchen is small but stocked well enough for cooking basic meals. Hosts were very helpful with a few questions we had ahead of our stay."

"The Seedling, was such a an incredible find for our family’s weekend stay! The location, the home, the decor, all *chef’s kiss*! It’s walkable to downtown Edwardsville, less than 10 minutes from SIUE’s campus, and great access to nearby suburbs. Definitely recommend this home AND checking out Sacred Grounds for a great cup of Joe/breakfast and Ed’s Delicatessen for a delicious lunch option."

"This property was perfect for our family of 5 (50 years - 2 yrs). The space was open & welcoming (included a snack basket & k-cups, travel size shampoo & conditioner). Lots of bright open space inside & outside. Smart TV's in almost every room that kept us all happy. Pool table, dart board & some miscellaneous games were perfect for our time there. Screened in porch was really nice for happy hour & breakfast coffee. The only criticism was the kitchen, specifically had cabinets coming off of...

"Stayed at this location with two other coworkers. We have larger work trucks, so the large driveway made it easy to accommodate our vehicles. The house itself is spacious with a nice front area to hang out and watch shows. Host was very kind and responsive when any communication was needed."
