"On Sunday evening as I awaited the elevator I heard a voice from inside, on the phone, a bit stressed, saying that she is stuck in the elevator. The elevator did not work, as in the lights to go down would not stay lit. I then went down the stairs to share that there is a person stuck inside their elevator and it is broken, not working.
