"Super cute! It had everything anyone could need. I wish I was there longer so I could have taken advantage of it. They even had bikes and kayaks you can use. The only issues were that the shower was lukewarm at best and the toilet flushed on its own about every 10 minutes. Other than that I loved it! "

"The hotel and staff were great. However, we did not have any hot water for a day which was very inconvenient. It was fixed the next day but there was no adjustment on the price per stay and at $400 a night, I would have expected an adjustment for the lack of hot water."

"We enjoyed our stay. Loved many things about Yacht Haven. Watching manatees from the boathouse was an interesting way to start the day. Many lovely sunsets across the water. The rooms are cramped. In my opinion more appropriate for a couple than a family. We wished the very cramped second bedroom with room for only a double bed and a 2’ passage to the bathroom had been turned into a small extra sitting area. All in all we recommend the accommodation. "

"This property reads more of a Motel than a Resort. The rooms or "suites" are a front living, dining, kitchenette space. Bathrooms are adequate. Towels could all use replacing. The pool area and tiki hut are nice. Breakfast at the onsite restaurant was one of the highlights. I would rate this as a 3star average stay with great location to Marathon and a 6-8 minute drive to a public (pay2park) beach."

"From the moment we opened the door, we felt welcomed. The room was spacious and had touches of hospitality from the bedding to the bureau with a coffee area. The roosters woke us early! We saw a manatee from the the dock outside. "

"To be fair, its the first time we stay at a houseboat so we didn't know what to expect. We just needed a place to sleep because we planned our two days to be out and about doing activities. Overall the place fitted our needs: we had the 3 beds we needed to sleep all of us & the mattresses were comfortable to have a goodnight of sleep. It was clean, we had the extra blankets I requested due to the temperature was going to get colder for the weekend and it was dog friendly. What we didn't expect...
