"Com a expansão o hotel não conseguiu manter o padrão. A comida ficou bastante ruim e a infraestrutura básica não atende a totalidade dos hospedes, faltam lugares na sombra em frente as piscinas e inclusive faltou guarda sol na praia . Eu voltei ao hotel devido a excelência, mas agora não voltarei mais"

"The property grounds are nice, spacious and well kept. The beach beautiful. We had a standard room, very noisy and with the view to the parking lot, tried to change rooms but the receptionist didn't do nothing about it. Tried the next day, same answer. These girls at the reception are useless, they do not helped in any way. Tried to get a late checkout, same thing. No help at all. Too bad that such a nice hotel have these type of people working there, it makes you think twice in going back."

Senti falta apenas de ter uma manta maior na cama, já que não precisamos de cobertor por conta do calor, mas estamos acostumados a dormir cobertos (não perguntei na recepção se tinha, ficamos só 1 noite).
