O hotel é excelente, pé na areia, o atendimento no geral é sensacional, os funcionários são muito educados e tudo que você precisa eles te atendem. Agradecimento especial ao Sorriso com suas dicas valiosas. A Vila de 3 quartos que ficamos estava muito nova, colchões, travesseiros e toalhas de qualidade. O hotel conta com estacionamento também. Fizemos um passeio de lancha que o pessoal da recepção indicou saindo de frente da pousada, foi muito legal e cômodo. Uma sugestão seria melhorar um pouco o café da manhã.

O estabelecimento é muito bom! Porém, por se intitular Boutique, deveria haver uma variação maior do cardápio, principalmente do café da manhã, e, deve haver uma melhor sincronia no atendimento pelos garçons, pois houve momento em que, por questão de almoço dos funcionários, ficava apenas 1 garçom para servir a todos, o que acarretava demora.

A experiência foi incrível o hotel é lindo e atende bem o conceito de boutique. No fim da tarde tivemos um receptivo com música ao vivo e coffe break. Todos estão sempre prontos pra atender, mas o garçom Sorriso é extremamente amável e simpático. O café da manhã é a la carte, mas muito bem servido. Os preços do restaurante do hotel são os praticáveis. Voltaria e recomendo.

Atendimento muito bom, sobretudo na área de restaurantes e piscinas, pelo funcionário Sorriso e outros. Faltaram apenas melhores explicações e opções para passeios, um atendimento melhor sobre isso na recepção. A jacuzzi de frente para o mar é ótima, mas infelizmente alguns hóspedes acabam "monopolizando". Talvez seja bom ter um aviso de que não permaneçam mais do que 30 minutos, 1 hora algo assim em momentos de lotação.

VOLTAREMOS!!!!
Voltaremos em breve!!! Que final de semana agradável nós tivemos. Desde a reserva até a despedida na saída, a equipe foi super atenciosa. Paula nos recebeu com muito carinho e nos apresentou o hotel e o nosso quarto. O quarto estava pronto e com uma decoração romântica cheia de detalhes feitos à mão. Sobre a cama estava um cartão de boas vindas me parabenizando pelo meu aniversário. Lucas e Earli fizeram questão de nos servir super bem no restaurante, na beira do mar ou da piscina. Na sexta todos os hóspedes foram agraciados com um chá da tarde típico junino e o garçom Sorriso estava sempre sorrindo pra variar. O Chef Duda preparou todos as nossas refeições com aquele toque especial. Gente boa demais! Quero parabenizar a proprietária Karina que visivelmente tem trabalhado para oferecer uma experiência inesquecível à todos os que se hospedarem no Árvo. Nos veremos em breve amigos!
