"Staff seems well trained for extremely busy conditions. They were patient and helpful. There were huge Mecca tours groups relentlessly filling up the hotel, dunno if that's every day. If I knew about this phenomenon i woulda gone another hotel. Room was fine but the 2 power outlets were in one corner, strange. The bathroom had a constant urine smell. Location is great near airport, and eating options"

"The room it self is pretty basic, we pick this hotel because of the bunk bed arrangement that suit our need perfectly and the proximity to Gambir train station. "Hotel is too isolated in the middle of the expo centre. There are no eateries around the hotel unless you drive out. It is unsafe to come back alone to hotel. If you are stranded any where in the expo if you plan to walk in, you will be rob. It is dark and feeling unsafe. Restaurant for breakfast is small, table and chairs setting are cónjested, so avoid eating breakfast in the Peak hours in morning. "
