"We were 5 and stayed in the 8 beds room. The heater was switched on and beds were made when we arrived late in the afternoon. Aitor was there to welcome us and gave us a tour of the house which was recently renovated in mid 2022. The beds were comfortable and we slept well. The breakfast was the best we had during our 5 days trip in Pais Vasco. We ordered dinner from a local takeaway as we were too tired to go out. "No signage to how to enter the hotel, room was an inferno - very hot. No fans. Seemingly nobody else in the hotel but maybe the owners were above us and there was noise until 2:30am. We slept 1 hour and then gave up at 5:30am and left. Terrible experience. "
