Fabulous place, fabulous people
The gent and lady who manage the facility were very helpful indeed, and naturally nice people. We got there very late, as we had to drive from Madrid and set off at 6pm. On arriving there was no problem with us checking in around 11pm and the nice also Brough sandwiches to our room for our small daughters to get some food inside of them before sleeping. The hotel is rustic and just fantastic albeit we got there so late that we could not enjoy it as much as it deserves.. We'd love to return.

Beautiful building
Close to coastal Northern Spain in the middle of nowhere. Excellent rooms, dining and such a beautiful historic building with wonderful hosts.

This is where to experience the local culture. Local wedding was being held here. Not many foreigner turists stay here because it is not the tourist route. Food is great, clean room, not close to anything.

A very good night !
Excellent all round. My daughter had a tooth infection and was given paracetamol by one of the staff, gratefully received. Food was first class and we were treated in a friendly and courteous manner. No hesitation in recommending this Hotel to others.

Great hotel for all!!
It was a great discovery! The hotel is a nice building in a beautifull town with excellent views. If I stay again in Azpeitia, I will stay at Hotel Larrañaga again.

Very Close to Biele
Enjoyed the convenience of the location for my business call, but if you are looking for a nightlife after the business day - this is not for you. I took this time at the hotel to relax and enjoy the peace and quiet. The hotel is not air conditioned, but the old stone walls are 3 feet thick and keep the rooms comfortable (it was 85 degrees during my stay). The staff was great and the food good. I will return. 4 stars

A good expierence in the Basque region
Quality accomodation and resteraunt at a very good price ,best value we found in the region.The staff were helpfull and made our stay one we will remember for a long time.Do not be put of by the location as it has so mutch going for it.

Hôtel original et sympa, à recommander vivement.
Hôtel original, avec de grandes chambres aménagées dans d'anciennes caves à vin. Tout a été rénové avec goût. Belle surprise ! Accueil très sympa, beaux espaces communs. Tranquillité. Places de parc à disposition. Nous avons été charmées par cet hôtel, très bon point de départ pour nos excursions vers les grottes d'Ekain, le sanctuaire d'Ignacio de Loyola, etc. Ce que nous avons mangé était succulent, avec des produits régionaux. Le buffet du petit déjeuner était généreux, avec des pâtisseries maison.
