"Great welcome to Bilbao! Efficient shuttle service from the airport, eventhough the hotel shuttle was unable to transport my bike. No problem, a taxi handled it well. Check in fast and friendly. Room is new with cofortable bed and good shower. Next morning the gentleman at front office arranged for taxi service to accomodate my bike to the bus station in Bilbao. Great extra service, thank you! Highly recommend this hotel!"

"Ariel at the front desk was wonderful and the Hotel was very convenient to the airport. We had to leave at 5AM just a few minutes before they started breakfast so I can't comment on it. Vending machines, restaurant, bar onsite, all with convenient hrs. Great rooms, bathrooms (Love Dove products), and a hotel we would definitely visit again!"

"Great staff, nice breakfast, clean rooms. Paid underground hotel parking, and good location. Carrying luggage from ground floor to an elevator is an issue as the elevator is on half a floor below the ground floor, so you have to carry luggage down a few steps, which is inconvenient. "I cannot say a big enough thank you to Javier at Aparthotel Kora Green. Even though he had just finished a night shift he volunteered to help us get into the public car park (we had arrived in a terrible storm and parked in the wrong one). Unfortunately, getting into that car park was far from easy, yet Javier took the time and was so kind; we would really have been stuck without him. Thank you so much Javier!"

"Easy stay, really close to the train station, can still walk to the old town easy enough! Felt really safe and my room was perfect for a solo traveler. Had my own bathroom, a big desk and black out shutters. It was a bit like being in a quiet university hall of residence sort of feel, but nicer! They had a dedicated study/work room downstairs with free coffee machine which was also a win! Would stay again! "

"Very helpful staff at reception, even went outside and met me at a crossroads for direction to car park which is under the hotel and secure. The car park is well signed. Restaurant closed permanently and only a coffee machine remains. Crisps and a few warm drinks (no fridge in reception) only thing available. Looked like plenty of options nearby though. Large comfortable room which was spotless apart. "

"Found this hotel as a stop on the way from Spain to France .Friendly welcome, the restaurants was busy and really good value. Our waitress was a real card and humorous with it. Cannot really fault this place The is an area just up the hill - the Old Town, almost a film set from Dickens well worth a wander around here too."
