"We walked in an apartment with dust and dirt on the floor, mould behind toilet door, mould on kitchen glass tray. They said this apartment was closed for some time. Housekeeping staff should be trained to check on details. Would not recommend for families who are particular about cleanliness. The management needs to take feedback seriously without giving excuses for lapses."

"We had a panoramic ocean view room, which was very nice and clean. It was located directly under the rooftop bar and you could hear chairs being dragged in the evening and again at 7 am. The view was amazing and made everything worth it. The service was ok. The roof top bar was beautiful, but the music was super loud. We tried to have dinner on the 1st floor but we sat there for 10 min with no one helping us. We ultimately ordered room service and the food was just ok. I would stay again, but...

"The people were all very friendly and the room was good and quite clean. The kitchen on the 1st floor, however, was pretty gross and could use with some attention. Nice that they have parking, although it is quite limited. There’s a couple of working lifts and a nice view from the 7th floor. Very close to Pettah Market and only about a 20 minute walk to the Dutch hospital. "
