"Went for a short break with friends. Great hotel. Very local to all Bruges has to offer. Staff very friendly and welcoming. Only thing I would say is that there were no tea/coffee facilities in the room, but cafes were just around the corner. Overall a very lovely hotel."

"Loved this hotel. Walkable from the train station (but difficult with wheeled suitcases due to cobbles). Decorated for Christmas, it was charming. The staff were friendly and helpful, they locked our suitcases up so we could go round Bruges till our room was ready. Room was a good size and had everything we need. Breakfast was great with loads of options, but also almost next door to an amazing breakfast cafe and a patisserie. Would definitely book again."

"Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. Couldn’t have asked for better. The staff were very friendly and helpful, amazing customer service and rooms cleaned daily with all toiletries replaced. The beds were quite comfortable too. The hotel is in a great location without being too noisy and has lots of amenities nearby. I would definitely recommend."
