Just a little bit challenge for check in process since the lobby door is closed and the guests need to use the intercom to speak with the staff in order to get in. Maybe, this is due to the Holiday season. Other than that, every thing is great and it has exceeded our expectation. Thanks, Rush, the hotel staff who helped us (recommended Christmas Eve restaurant, grocery store, and gas station, parking, etc) during our stay. "
