"Beautiful Hotel and friendly staff. The beds were comfortable. The kids enjoyed the heated indoor pool, although the hot tub there wasn't very warm. Someone said the outside one was warmer, but we didn't venture out there. The only difficulty we had was parking at check-in. No staff were outside directing cars and both lanes were blocked for 30 minutes while their occupants got settled in their rooms. The staff did their best to help after another guest complained. "We always visit this property. The staff is awesome. The only complaint I had was minor issues such as: 1. Laundry slide door was broken, 2. Hair on the shower head in the master bedroom and couch, 3. Juice spill in the fridge. All we're reported to the check in Host. He advised me that it would be noted in order to be corrected. I just re cleaned the shower and couch myself as we were tired from traveling. "

Was a cold, rainy walk (yes, valet is available). 3. No luggage carriers available to help to and from the room. 4. Biggest issue was the tub. Hard to get...
