"The apartment needs an update. Mattresses need replaced and there should be more lighting in the bedroom and kitchen. Table and chairs and end table and coffee table were pretty beat-up and should be replaced. I would suggest the walls and baseboards be painted."

Great location to get to the courses we played, especially since one of them was World Tour Golf Links. Roomy and comfortable, the condo had everything we needed for an enjoyable stay. "Property was great. Plenty of room. Property as described. Beds were super comfortable with lots of pillows. Lots of towels and washcloths were available. The location was perfect for tailgating at CCU. Only suggestions I would have is some basic seasoning in the kitchen such as salt and pepper. "Rented the condo for a weekend when visiting our college son. All communication with the hosts was great, they were ultra responsive with issues when we got in. While the furniture, floors and bathrooms were clean (IMPORTANT) the drawers and things in the kitchen were not. There were some other small issues that we shared with hosts and as responsive as they were to our requests when we were there, we're sure they will have it deep cleaned. Great location for CCU and quiet neighborhood."
