"The adults only roof top pool/bar/sun deck stole the show. It was so quiet and relaxin up there and never busy. The lack of all inclusive snack bar was a let down and the "hot" food at meals times was always luke warm if not cold. There was often a queue but it went down quickly. The restaurant staff ran a tight ship and got tables turned over quickly. The bar staff were hit and miss. 2 in particular stood out to us, a man named Reuben and a yound lady whose name i didnt get. "The staff were nice and friendly, really helpful! The aircon was dripping all night. The noise was so bad, doors slamming residents partying and shouting the worst hotel if you want to try and sleep. Luckily we were only there for one night because our flight got cancelled the next day and we flew one day before and needed a place for the night. "
