The property is not really a holiday let, more a borrowed home, there is so much content, almost anything you would need, from utensils to crockery, games and toys for children, to books and guides. "Excellent villa, located a couple of miles from Lloret de Mar and 15 minutes drive to nearby Tossa de Mar which is more traditional with cobbled streets and a wonderful castle and some great restaurants. Villa is in a quiet residential area, modern and very clean, kitchen is well equipped, with all that you will need. Bathrooms are modern with walk-in showers. Linen and towels are provided. "We met at this location with 3 families for a week at the beach. Host was unavailable so she sent friend who only spoke Spanish (we do not) so unable to get information about the property. We found the property very poorly cleaned, dishwasher broken, dirty appliances, and AC unit downstairs ineffectual. "We were a total of 10 people staying in the property. Location was great, within walking distance to the best beach in Lloret. While the house was located outside the town center (which we prefer), it is within close proximity to a grocery store and the beach also has lovely places for a meal or drinks. "Toni was a great host and explained the house and the area perfectly for us. His pin board with contact numbers and places to go was ideal. The set allows for a large party to stay at the house and enjoy the day by the pool and BBQ or return after the golf to relax and unwind playing pool or the other games provided. The sleeping arrangements cater for a large all male party in separate beds which is ideal for us golfers. The courses around the area are all within an hours drive so a full weeks...

"The place was exactly what we needed and it was incredibly cheap for the Fri - Mon (long weekend), staff were friendly and helpful, always a nice greeting, very clean, apartments were mediumish size but perfect what we needed. Overall very very good experience! "
