"The Cain Valley is steeped in tradition and about as far from todays modern chain hotels as you can get. Great service, fair prices, good beer and enthusiastic staff. Very much a breath of fresh air. Its also well frequented by the locals - which is usually a good sign. but can get a little noisy at closing time. So recommend you ask for a room not over the Public Bar."

"We stayed in poppy fields the smallest of the rooms but very adequate for 2 we had 4 nights. . The description is honest and accurate. So no room for loads of big bags but a really clean comfortable warm room. Instant heat tor electric shower and basin. Electric towel rail Electric radiator is more than sufficient for the room.
