"We were stuck in Hereford during a storm, so it was fortunate that they had rooms. We felt it was a bit overpriced, but enjoyed the overall decor and amenities. The bed was extremely comfortable. Could use a few updates, like key cards and coffee machines."

"The things that stood out the most was how incredibly friendly was every staff member in the hotel and how clean the hotel was, my room smelled nice when I arrived. Breakfast was good, it’s a shame that advertised dinner service was not available on neither days off my stay. The Negative point is non existent sound insulation and super loud kids at almost 11pm."

"Arrived early, the lady on reception was able to get me checked in though. Room is ok. Shower is a bit weak and the mattress is uncomfortable. "
