"Positives - a welcoming reception, comfortable bed, parking, everywhere spotless, decent kettle and good shower. Negatives - the small tv only receives a few channels - very few. It still seems tuned in to Freeview as it was when it first came out. The system probably just needs retuning. And there was a bit of rust on a grab rail in the shower. I reckon that these are tiny negatives and on balance I feel the hotel was good value."

"Stayed for one night and wanted a hotel that offered more than a standard hotel offers. We had a large (almost huge) comfortable room with plenty of hanging space in the wardrobe, a king sized comfortable bed and a lovely en-suite. Would definitely stay there again."

The place was a bit of a maze of corridors when you went up to find your room, which took a bit of getting used to when it came to navigating. Loved it here and will be back because (a) it caters well for a vegan diet and (b) it has a good gym onsite too. Lovely friendly staff and the hotel was comfortable. Our room was next to the road so that would be my only criticism as being a country mouse it was noisy for me. "
