"A newly renovated property situated in a small village offering comfort and welcome for our family holiday. A spacious and well stocked kitchen with good amenities. The garden and patio area were perfect for evening drinks and dining with comfortable patio furniture. The house contained all we needed for an excellent week and is close to many attractions and within easy reach of beaches."

"The Stables is a charming and spacious property. We were thrilled to find it beautifully decorated for Christmas and an amazing basket of goodies/treats that we enjoyed throughout our stay. We were disappointed to find many of the light bulbs burned out or nonfunctional, leaving no lighting in the main hallway. Heating such an old home is always challenging, so not surprising to find the first floor very cold and the upstairs quite warm. The pillows and mattresses throughout the house left much...

"As shown by the 5 stars ratings, we were pleased to stay at Barrow Barn and enjoyed our time there. Just 2 matters to comment upon - 1) The caddy marked coffee contained self-raising flour. 2) After the first day the TV signal for BBC was extremely poor and unwatchable."

"Phil and Jan have created a lovely place to relax and enjoy. You feel like you are in the country but are right near anything you may need. The bed was comfortable, the shower was great, the sitting room was nice and the kitchen/dining room were filled with anything you would need for your stay. There are trails to walk both on and off the property. And you have easy access to any direction you want to go. The bonus is you get to spend time with Phil and Jan. "We loved our stay at Sandy Toes, what a beautiful house and well appointed house! It was bitterly cold outside during our stay but the house was cosy and warm and the log burner was a welcome high. The house is really spacious and comfy. It had everything we could need for a great weekend there. The garden is secure so was ideal for dogs. We would definitely recommend and would go back for sure. The host was really helpful and lovely. Thanks for a great stay!"

"This is a lovely, spacious and well-appointed house. It was too hot to make best use of the duvets, but the beds were very comfortable. There was plenty of crockery and cutlery - and a dishwasher to avoid the washing up. The powered recliners were especially welcome after a day of much walking. Naturally there is quite a lot of farm activity in the area, but it was far enough away not to be intrusive, and the people on the farm were very friendly and welcoming. Definitely a property to remember."
