"Room was basic. Next to motorway and generators so was loud 24/7 Then deliveries wouod come ealry morning and unload and make lots of noise. Widows were left open before arrival and room flooded due to heavy rain. No soap refilled in bathroom so didnt have any for duration of say, luckily brought my own. Air con on had hot air wouldnt change to cold. Ignored by reception staff when wanting to check in. Chef had to mention i was wanting to check in. Overall, disappointing and will not return...

"PROS: Good bargain location outside of city center. Free parking on site. Tram stop 1 block away goes directly into the center of Cologne in about 20 min. Good breakfast at hotel. Comfortable bed. Good shower. CONS: No control of room temperature. Noisy toilet "shredder" (never seen this before but there's a sign above the toilet explaining it). Noise from street especially if you keep window open to cool warm room. "

"Nice, tidy hotel, good for business travellers who want to get in and out. The location is a bit out of the city so need to use trams if you’re a tourist, but this was only a 10 minute walk to the stop. Surrounding area is a little industrial but a McDonald’s and a Lidl mean you can survive. The TV in the room was mostly German speaking or didn’t work at all so this was disappointing.
