"We loved that it was close to the mall. The staff were friendly. Loved that the room was nicely decorated..fresh. But then we went into the bathroom...it was like walking into the 70's....so in need of updating to match the room. The bathmat was dirty around the edges, the tub around the drain was all yellow and the tub wall was yellow backsplash tiles with dirty grout... wasn't a fan of the bathroom. I also wasn't a fan of the beds. The sheets were well worn and rough, picky, not smooth and...

"Decent hotel for the price, upper floor queen rooms are small if theres one or a couple overnighting itll do but anything more suggest a bigger room. Rooms were clean and had the usual amenities. Good location in Fredericton , everything nearby."

"Bathtub/shower both definitely needed an upgrade. Room was clean, staff very friendly and helpful. Loved the hot tub/ pool area. Breakfast had a lot of selection and was a very welcomed surprise. "

"Our stay here was exceptional i took my daughter for her 9th birthday my only frustration was not being able to use my VISA debit card with my name on it as an incidental but thats whatever the receptionist was super friendly none the less and even brought my daughter a card and a box of chocolates very friendly "

"Walkable to different restaurants and the river trail. The only minor downside was that the fridge in the room made very loud noise from time to time and it startled me a few times. But other than that everything was great. Will stay here again if I'm in the town again. "
