We are located just 5 mins from the highway, and you can access local amenities such as gas, food, and coffee before your work meeting.

Located in uptown Fredericton. We are 2 mins from Enterprise Rental car, 5 mins from the highway, and close to amenities such as gas bars, food, and the mall.

You will have access to the entire unit.

We have a newly renovated executive 2 bedroom suite that is open concept. It has stainless steel appliances, dishwasher, 2 queen beds, laundry, and 1.5 bath.

We are located behind Enterprise Rent- a -car & Sweet Belgian Desire.

3mins to Irving Gas
3 mins to Tim Hortons

Please be mindful of winter time and moving your vehicle for snow removal. 1 Parking space is available to each unit. The parking lot is located just before the apartment building. No parking in the street as you will be fined.

Wonderful stay
We had a wonderful 2 week stay at this property. So nice - the property is well laid out, in great condition, and very well supplied. It’s located in a nice neighbourhood and is easy to get to anywhere we needed. We found it extremely comfortable for our long stay. Communications with Jessica and Rob were great - they were very responsive to any inquiries or requests we had, and provided great updates on the check-in and check-out process.
