Only a security guard and another guy were on the property. No manager or anyone in charge. I had to fend for myself to find another hotel of which there were none close by. Complete disaster."

"When we arrived we were in a very unfriendly way told that our reservation has been cancelled and we in the middle of the nigth had to find another hotel. Hope we will get the money back, that was prepaid by credit card."

"The staff are friendly and go out of their way to accommodate their guests. The management team is the best I’ve seen at any location I’ve vacationed before. The honeymoon room was set up with rose pedals, kissing doves and wine. Also, now with covid testing requirements to renter into the USA, they have a partnership with a medical clinic that comes to the hotel for rapid testing. I had NO problems at the airport boarding my plane. Did I mention...some of the BEST Haitian food I’ve ever...
