"I just wish I had spoken to reception when booking. Unfortunately I hadn’t been to this hotel before. I booked on line and we were given a room in the annex which was spotless and everything was too hand but I have mobility issues and the staircase was a nightmare for me."

"Located between Cardiff Bay and the town centre though a little too far to walk. Very nice building from the outside with a number of parking spaces which get filled up quite quickly. Excellent welcome and reception service from Sakhwat and a delightful ground floor room alongside the river. Great breakfast included. All staff seemed really happy and welcoming. Recommended."

"There are 3 different grades of room but just be careful your are getting the right one. We thought we were booking the 344sq ft but in actual fact we were registered for a smaller one. The lovely Bailey felt sorry for us and found us the perfect solution. Well done him!"
