"I dont think that the parking was very convenient. There was an ice storm while I was there (with warnings) and the hotels in the area, at first, did not place enough salt on walkways to ensure the safety of the guests. So, when I had to walk to the parking garage to get my car, and get my luggage and then pick up my luggage, with all the ice, it was very challenging. "I stayed for a few days while attending a conference on the ISU campus. It was about an 8 minute drive. I arrived around 8:30pm. I asked to switch rooms because someone was loudly hauking in the room next to mine. I was issued a new room with no problem. The staff was welcoming. The rooms were lovely and clean. Though I did not use the washer and dryer, I appreciated the convenience. I very much enyoyed my stay. "
