"My stay was convenient, facility was clean, at first I thought the washer and dryer available was a nice touch, but then a patron put bulky items in it and the noise was bothersome. Other patrons were loud as well, yet that is no fault of the establishment. Would stay again, but perhaps see if there is a room further away from the washer and dryer. "

"Very nice facility, but there is no place to put the soap, shampoo and conditioner in the handicap shower. Had to put it on the floor outside the shower which was hard to reach for those of us with disabilities."

"We have been staying at this property for years. I have family in Pontiac, so we stay here when in town. The property is starting to show its age, but the staff are wonderful!"

"Staff is friendly and things seemed pretty clean. Hall is very, very dark and the hotel is really old. Bed was not comfortable. TV worked well and water pressure was good. "

"The room was very nice and comfortable but the bathroom was less than desirable The shower head needs to be replaced, the water barely came out and bathroom walls were a bit dirty. The pool was supposed to be heated but was so cold, it was not usable. "
