When I attempted to communicate with the hotel both through Orbitz and directly to see if I could get a refund, partial, refund, or postpone my reservation until next year, my queries were met with silence. Clearly not a guest-customer oriented establishment. The kept the deposit and didn't say a word. Very poor customer relations."

"J'ai beaucoup apprécié mon séjour, merci à Pascale. Tout s'est très bien passé. Arrivée autonome avec serrure connectée, grand confort dans cette chambre spacieuse située en plein centre au pied du château ! Parking gratuit et sécurisé dans l'enceinte de l'établissement. "

"Arrivée un lundi soir 21H , pas d’accueil à l’hôtel mais un numéro à appeler pour obtenir un code d’entrée. Numéro injoignable…. à 21h40 je réussis enfin à pénétrer dans l’hôtel avec un autre client . Des clés attendent leur client sur une table dans l’entrée mais malheureusement pas la mienne . Numéro toujours injoignable… Je décide de m’installer dans une chambre vide. La propreté est plus que limite , le ménage a été fait mais en surface seulement …. Poils dans l’évier restant dû précédent...
