"Arosa is a quaint town and beautiful. Nestled in the mountains. The views are stunning and the weather and temperature very comfortable however higher elevation = greater UV and greater chances of sunburn. The Aves Arosa home base is ver clean and walkable from the train station and bus station. Note that the bus is actually a van and therefore limited in passenger and luggage capacity. "This hotel is on top of a mountain. Arriving guests can call the front desk for a pickup at the train station and save an exhausting climb up. Very much wish that feature had been listed or mentioned somewhere before my trip. I found out about it only after the long hike."

"Relaxing "

"I spent 2 nights in this hotel while visiting St. Moritz. The property is old and dated (however the bathrooms have been ungraded). Although I was in a no smoking room, the floor that was on smelled like smoke and that was a big turn off for me. Also, the common areas are very dated (old) in appearance. The good news is that I spent very little time in the hotel room. Although the property is older it does have a lift which is a plus!"

"The best feature of the Languard Hotel is the old world charm and the wonderful friendly service from the staff. St Moritz may be where the hoi-polloi come to play, but for the rest of us the place to stay is Languard."
