Aside from the hotel being beautiful and having an old, classic charm to it, our stay was made much more pleasant by Giulia at the front desk. She took such good care of us and really made the experience much better. She helped us find restaurants to visit and gave us many suggestions for things to do.

Great getaway spot
By far one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in. The location in the middle of town was perfect for getting around. The service was beyond top notch and the view of the city/lake was unforgettable. Even the breakfast was phenominal.

The Staff greated us right away removed our bags from the car then put the car in there private car park. they put Treats in our room. Breakfast was very good. We are plaining to return Soon
