"We have stayed at the Garden Court before and the overall stay was the great. The breakfast is excellent. However, when we arrived at the hotel, they had no record of our booking. They eventually found it on Expedia.com and had to create a new booking for us. It took over an hour to get our accommodations sorted out."

"Stayed at the Holiday Inn Rosebank for 3 nights in March. Good stay all in all. the hotel internally connected to the mall and shopping centre next door which is incredibly convenient. Staff are very friendly and helpful but the property could do with some renovation, particularly the lifts. The only real negative was that they messed up meeting me on arrival at the airport."

"No complaints at all. Wonderful staff. Wonderful dinner and breakfast options. Pay the extra for the breakfast!!! Rooms were a tad small. If I stayed again, id pay a little more for the option above the standard room. Self check in was decent because we arrived at the same time of a large sports team, so that was quicker. It was very quite at night. I felt safe at all times. Only a few mins walk to Mandela Square."

"The hotel stay was good, but at the lower end of good. The gentleman who checked us in presented as very indifferent. Within 30 min of checking in we noticed that bathroom sink/face basin was not draining. Complained about it to the same person who checked us in, he assured us that he will get maintenance to fix it and after 3 hrs or so it was not fixed. Went back downstairs and complained to another worker who gave us instructions on how to fix the issue, but we were unable to do it. He came...

"It's been ten years since we last stayed at The Westcliff, it is such a beautiful hotel with great service. Our suite was roomy and well-kept. Valentine's Dinner was a disappointment as service was extremely slow but overall we enjoyed our stay."
