"We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel and for us, it was a perfect stop to explore the area. If you are looking for full a service hotel, it's not for you but as we weren't, it's easy relaxed feel was just right. Complimetary tea/coffee/cake is in reception, you can have as many cups as possible and we enjoyed the croissants in the morning. "The check in was in the middle of the restaurant area and very hard to find. I stayed 4 nights and it was on the 3rd day I could walk into the right door and find the lift without too much trouble. There is no signage for the front door, no direction to the reception desk, and no tourist information. I would not recommend this as my choice to stay in Locarno."

"What a magnificent place to stay! The room was very nice and comfortable! The staff went above and beyond and made me feel welcome. The hotel also provided me a bus pass to assist in my journey of exploring the local area. They had a free breakfast which was incredible!
